For hygiene and regulatory reasons, opened nicotine pouch products cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law. This applies regardless of whether the product was used or not.


30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products)
If you receive an unopened product that is defective or incorrectly shipped, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, sealed condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

By purchasing from The Flying Swede, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase nicotine products in your country or region. Orders from underage customers will be cancelled and refunded.
